Delivery Information
When will I receive my cards?
Standard orders are printed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation and artwork approval. Express orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
Delivery within Tanzania
We deliver across Tanzania via trusted courier partners. Typical timing:
- Geita (our base) — same-day or next-day pickup/delivery.
- Mwanza, Shinyanga, Kahama — 1-2 working days.
- Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya — 2-3 working days.
- Other regions — 3-5 working days.
Delivery cost
Delivery charges vary by region and weight. We'll confirm the exact delivery cost when you place your order. Pickup from our Geita office is always free.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. Public holidays may affect delivery timing.
