Custom Embroidered T-Shirts & Polos from TSh 18,000
Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric with polyester thread, so it survives years of washing, sun and field work without fading, cracking or peeling. It's the standard finish for staff who wear their uniform daily — banks, hotels, security firms, mines, schools, SACCOS and clubs across Tanzania. At Magno Tanzania we embroider polos, t-shirts, sweatshirts, fleece jackets and aprons in your exact brand colours.
Our embroidered apparel comes with:
- Pique polos, cotton t-shirts, blends, Dri-Fit, heavyweight sweatshirts, fleece jackets & aprons.
- Sizes from XS to 5XL — for kids, adults and plus-sizes.
- Four techniques: Flat, 3D Puff, Applique and Tonal (tone-on-tone).
- Placement on left/right/centre chest, sleeve, nape or full back.
- Polyester thread that never fades — colour-fast through 50+ washes.
- Exact brand-colour matching (send us your Pantone references).
- Production within 5-7 working days (Express 3-4 days, Rush 2 days).
- Free digitizing-quality check before bulk runs.
- Bulk pricing from 20 garments up to 1,000+ with discounts up to 28%.
- Nationwide delivery + bulk delivery direct to your office or event.
Popular embroidery uses in Tanzania:
- Security firms — durable embroidered polos that survive daily field use.
- Hotels & restaurants — sharp front-desk, kitchen & waiting-staff uniforms.
- Banks & SACCOS — corporate polos and fleece jackets for branches & leadership.
- Sports & social clubs — embroidered crests on club polos and jackets.
- Schools & universities — staff polos, prefect badges, alumni wear.
- Mining & construction — heavyweight branded uniforms for site teams.
- NGOs & projects — professional field-staff uniforms with project logos.
- Churches & choirs — embroidered crests on choir and leadership polos.
Understanding Embroidery
The biggest cost driver in embroidery isn't the garment — it's the stitch count. A simple left-chest logo is roughly 5,000-8,000 stitches; a detailed crest or large back logo can exceed 25,000. Our size tiers map to these ranges so the price reflects the actual thread and machine time.
Flat Embroidery (Standard)
Classic flat stitching — the everyday choice for chest logos, text and crests. Clean, durable and professional. Best for: corporate polos, staff uniforms, club crests, most logos.
3D Puff (Raised)
Foam is placed under the stitching to raise the design, giving a bold, dimensional look. Popular on caps and statement chest logos. Best for: bold lettering, sports branding, premium standout logos.
Applique (Patch)
A fabric piece is stitched onto the garment and outlined — this fills large areas with fabric instead of dense stitching, so it's economical for big designs and adds texture. Best for: large crests, college-style designs, big back logos.
Tonal (Tone-on-Tone)
Thread is matched to the garment colour for a subtle, premium, understated finish. Best for: executive polos, luxury brands, minimal designs.
Garment Guide
- Cotton Pique Polo — the embroidery favourite. Structured fabric holds stitching crisply.
- Cotton T-Shirt — works well with a backing stabiliser for clean chest logos.
- Dri-Fit Performance Polo — sports & gym staff; embroidered with stabiliser.
- Heavyweight Sweatshirt / Fleece Jacket — premium corporate & leadership wear.
- Work Apron — popular for cafés, salons and butcheries.
Thread Colours & Digitizing
Unlike screen printing, embroidery handles multiple thread colours cheaply — a multi-needle machine swaps colours automatically, so most logos (1-6 colours) carry no extra cost. Every new logo must be "digitized" once — converted into a stitch file that tells the machine exactly how to sew it. That's a one-time TSh 35,000; reorders of the same logo skip it.

How to Order Embroidered Apparel
There are 3 easy ways to order embroidered garments from Magno Tanzania:
1. Send Your Logo
Upload your file in the calculator. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for clean digitizing. Already have a stitch file (.DST)? Upload it and skip the digitizing fee.
2. We Digitize & Sample
Toggle "Logo Digitizing" and we convert your logo into a stitch file, match your brand thread colours, and confirm a stitch-out sample with you before any bulk run.
3. Bulk Quote via WhatsApp
Kitting out 100+ staff with uniforms? Hit "Order via WhatsApp" — we offer bulk pricing, fast turnaround, mixed sizes, and delivery direct to your office or branches.
Information we'll need:
- Garment colour — black, white, navy, etc. (most TZ-standard colours in stock).
- Size breakdown — how many of each size (XS-5XL).
- Logo file — vector preferred (AI/EPS/PDF) or an existing .DST stitch file.
- Brand thread colours — Pantone references help us match exactly.
- Placement & size — e.g. left chest, ~8cm wide — and your deadline.
Embroidery design tips:
- Keep small text bold — very thin lettering doesn't stitch cleanly.
- Simplify fine detail and gradients — embroidery uses solid thread colours, not blends.
- Left-chest logos look best around 8-9cm wide; oversized chest logos pucker the fabric.
- For large back designs, consider Applique to save stitches and cost.
- Approve the stitch-out sample before bulk — it's your last check on colour & placement.
Delivery & Production
When will I receive my garments?
Standard embroidery orders are produced and dispatched within 5-7 working days of sample approval. Embroidery is individually stitched per garment, so it takes a little longer than print. First-time logos add about 1 day for digitizing before production starts. Express options are available for urgent orders.
Delivery within Tanzania
We ship garment bundles via trusted courier partners, folded and bagged neatly for transport. Typical timing:
- Geita (our base) — same-day or next-day pickup/delivery.
- Mwanza, Shinyanga, Kahama — 1-2 working days.
- Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya — 2-3 working days.
- Other regions — 3-5 working days.
Bulk & uniform delivery
Outfitting a whole team or multiple branches? For large orders (100+ garments) we can pack by size or by branch and deliver direct to your office or site. Just confirm the delivery address and we'll coordinate.
Tip for uniforms: Place your order at least 10 working days before you need them. We keep your digitized logo on file — reorders in matching thread colours are fast and skip the digitizing fee.
